The many stages placed around in Kildenparken, offer a wide range of musical and other festive features, including live music by new and hip Danish artists on the Main Stage on 'the Lawn of Samba', southern rhythms on 'the Calypsolawn', famous DJ's in 'the Valley of Disco', and many new features on the Savanna.
You can move your body to the rhythms of salsa, disco, pop, rock, afro, reggae, and samba on this exceptional Saturday in May, and when thirst calls, Kildeparken offers a range of thematized bar areas, where you can let yourself loose in the company of bunnies, mafia bosses, princes and princesses. Several stands offer various solutions to that empty stomach or when you get the 'munchies'.

Music Program 2011
The Lawn of Samba (Sambafælleden)
On the main stage, we are proud to present some of Denmark's most popular and absolute coolest artists, and to present them, we have one of Denmark's most popular hosts on TV and from the radio.
 Huxi Bach is this years host. Come and experience 'the loose canon' as he fires up the festivities at this years Garden Party. We look forward to present this guy from Aalborg, with his crazy imagination, even crazier ideas and ability to make jokes of everything - all mixed into a beautiful cocktail with this years theme Sexzoological Zoo. Huxi Bach is especially known from the radio station, P3 and the show "The Loose Canon"
 Joey Moe appeared on the Danish pop-, soul- and R&Bstage in 2005 - with a bang! With his first single, 'Flip it', he went straight to the Club chart and stayed there for months. Since then, the single has been followed by numerous catchy tunes and no less than 3 albums, so it will be hard NOT to dance and sing along when he enters the stage at this years Garden Party. He will be performing at 5.30pm
 NEWS! The Danish hitmakers of Johnny Deluxe will also be performing at this years Garden Party in Kildeparken. With their many radio hits, we guarantee a party without resemblance. Maybe they will play their hit Elskovspony (Love Pony) according to this years carnival theme? Johnny Deluxe will be perfoming at 7pm
 Silja had her debut in the Summer of 2010 with her single 'Rød Alarm' (Red Alert). She is a breath of fresh air to the Danish music scene and reachesa broad audience with her poetic and catchy lyrics. She is soon presenting her first album - a different pop album, characterized by her bombastic reggae style. Silja will definitely shake up the many carnivalists. Die Herren is Denmark's leading copy-band of the international band U2, and is presented as the Grand Finale show, finishing off the Garden Party in Kildeparken. So there is a definite reason to hang in there, and stay all night. Check out 'Die Herren'here.They will close the event by performing at 9.30pm
The Valley of Disco (Discolunden)
 On the big disco stage, following DJ's will crank up the party: Allan Bagger, Marck Andersen,

DJ Decain, DJ Miu og Ronni Bang
The Valley of Disco also features:
 Kato has since 2010 achieved great musical success, which has made other great artist line up to work with this talented DJ and producer. This year his is launching his album 'Discolized 2.0', which has already reached the top, making Kato one of the most desire performers this Spring - nationally and internationally.
He will be performing at 3pm.
The Calypso Lawn (Calypsoplænen)
 The Calypso Lawn will be bubbling with energy and hot latino rhythms, which will undoubtedly lead your thoughts to the Carnival in Rio. The warm and exotic tunes will induce partying and dancing all day - and all night.
Three international DJ's will present the hottest tunes from warmer places including salsa, merengue, latino and samba tunes. There will be dancing non-stop.
The Savannah (Savannen)
  The Savannah offers many smaller stages with diverse music and activities. Visit the Cult-tent, the Nighthawks (Natteravnene), or have a German moment at Heidis Bierbar.
The 'Jungle' (Urskoven)
 This year we expand the Garden Party by introducing "the Jungle", located in the wooded area across from Kildeparken. Relax in our new loungearea, cheer for the best rapper on the underground-stage, Rap Battlefield, or hang out in Maya Village, where the carnival group, the Alkoholdet, gets the party started.
The Jungle Stage
On this new disco stage, the in-discotheque, Hollywood Boulevard plays all the great hits of the 80', the 90's and today.
Rap battlefield
Here talented rappers will compete in rap battles throughout the day. They will be competing over the title of best rapper of Carinval in Aalborg 2011, and the applause of the audience. Additionally, 3 hardcore rappers from Aalborg will perform live, and for sure blow the audience away. The rap battles are from 1pm - 6pm.
The rappers are as follows:
The host, Michael 'the Jew' is a well-known rapper in the Danish rap-univers, who has been part of the culture for more than 25 years. As a liked and popular persona, he has been a participant and host in three seasons of the TV-show, Fight Night on Zulu. He has also found his way to the TV-show, Zulu Cattle-run and other TV-shows.
Pede B is one of the leading rappers on the Danish improvisatory/freestyle rap scene, and has won several titles - latests in 2009. Pede B. and his partner MikL will perform a tailored show to this years carnival. MikL has likewise won several titles, and the two often compete over the same title, which, in their partnership on stage provides a unique dynamic.
'Ham den Lange' is a great candidate for the best freestyler in the country. For many years, he has been part of MC's Fight Night and other major events. He is from Århus, and part of the duo, 'Haven Morgan', with friend and coworker Kejser A. Both are furthermore part of the rap-commune 'Ordets Magt' along with Johnny Gade and Henrik Hass. Ordets Magt is known to deliever unique shows which also goes for this years show in the 'Jungle'.
 The group 'Freestyle til festen' consists of competent and skilled freestyle rappers who all have reached the finales of MC's Fight Night, and been part of several other events inducing improvisation and spontaneity. The host will be presenting both Luxshan, Elbanovich, Roar and Rasmus Maczi, all guaranteed to deliver a top-motivated show.
Kaspa G aka. Kaspa Gunz has been a substantial part of the underground in Aalborg for almost a decade. His moves within a paranoid and unique text univers filled with conspiracy and backed by
Zjakalen who has been part of the group 9kilo klik from Aalborg with two other local rappers. They are prepared to crank up the party in the battlefield of the 'Jungle'
Simon RED, the organizer of this rap event, is also a substantial part of the underground scene in Aalborg. He is inspired by the hardcore New Yorker sound from the mid 90's. In 2010, Simon RED launched his debut, 'Forza den Røde'. Backed by the partner, Blok Aspekt and the hard-hitting DJ, True Illa, the audience can expect a hard show filled with energy.
True Illa is the DJ to this event, and ensures action and ongoing party between the acts and liveshows.
Maya Village
The Carnival Group, Alkoholdet has built the most insane Inka temple, so the party is guaranteed to be on!

- There is no age limit at the Party in
Kildeparken, but alcohol will not be sold to persons
under the age of 18.
- Please have money ready when entering the park.
- If you leave the park, DO NOT forget to get a
stamp on your hand-it will then only cost 20 DKK

It is NOT ALLOWED to bring neither food nor beverages into the park. When buying items at the stands in Kildeparken, you support both local
clubs and the carnival association.

info boards located by the entrances and from the information stand in the centre of the park.

New in 2011
As part of expanding the Garden Party and making room for more happy and festive carnivalists, the Garden Party area has been expanded to include a new party-area called 'the Jungle' (Urskoven) - this area offers Rap Battles and many other performances and activities.
Inside Kildeparken
 Speed Wedding
In the Speed Wedding wedding tent you can get married to that special someone - or the next in line. Wake up with more than the experience of Carnival! The motto of Speed wedding is 'Marry the one you love - or love the one you marry!'
 Beverages
This year there will be bar servings and ready-mixed drinks including Cult, Smirnoff-Ice and Coronas. Of course you can always buy beers, Somersby products, and non-alcoholic beverages. Payment by credit card is available at selected stands.
 Food
Throughout the day, it is possible to buy food of various kinds in Kildeparken, including sandwiches, pita's and burger's, fries etc. Nadias Sandwich and Futtes Pancakes will will be represented in the park. Payment by credit card will be available at selected stands.
 Coffee
Event Coffee will have a coffee stand in the park. So you can now sit in the sun and enjoy a good cup of coffee - or a coffee to go.
