“Paint your face - dance the streets”
is the motto of the Grand Parade. The idea is simple: whether you enjoy the parade as a spectator or a participant, the Grand Parade is for everybody! The carnival in Aalborg is the largest carnival in Northern Europe with more than 25.000 participants and more than 100.000 spectators. There are no requirements - except having fun! So you do not have to be a member of a carnival group or know how to dance the Samba – just join in and have a blast!

The Grand Parade starts at:
Nørresundby Torv at 10:30am
Haraldslund at 11:30am
Nordkraft at 10:30am
