The Carnival is a celebration to life, spring and the fantasy – it is for everyone.
Year after year people in large numbers show up spontaneously, dress in the most fantastic costumes and use the whole street for dancing, partying and showing off.
There are thousands of participants who make Carnival in Aalborg something very special. Therefore, the characteristics for the carnival is the fact that the participation in the parade is free and do not require any booking in advance – neither for the Childrens Carnival nor for the Carnival in Kildeparken.
